Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs subscription purchases made through Premier Bet Club. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

Premier Bet Club provides digital content delivered immediately upon successful payment.

By completing a subscription purchase, you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that delivery begins instantly.

Where applicable under EU consumer law, you waive any statutory cooling-off period once access to the digital content has commenced.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for:
• Partial billing periods
• Unused time remaining on a subscription
• Dissatisfaction with selections
• Betting losses
• Performance outcomes
• Failure to achieve profit
• Change of personal circumstances

The Service is informational in nature and does not guarantee results.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled prior to renewal.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges via your selected payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or payment provider.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Access will continue until the end of the paid subscription term.

Initiating a chargeback after accessing digital content may constitute misuse of the Service.

The Company reserves the right to:
• Suspend accounts
• Provide access logs to payment processors
• Challenge unjustified disputes
• Pursue recovery of funds where appropriate

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
