These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Premier Bet Club digital platform (the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by CEART DIGITAL LIMITED, an Irish private limited company incorporated under the laws of Ireland (Company Number 798593). By accessing, browsing, registering for, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

“Service” means the Premier Bet Club website, iOS application, Android application, and all associated digital systems and features. “Content” includes betting selections, previews, statistical analysis, performance data, branding, layout, databases, software, and materials provided. “User” means any person accessing or subscribing. “Subscription” means a recurring paid access plan granting limited licence rights to Content.

Premier Bet Club is a subscription-based informational platform providing sports-related betting commentary and analysis. We do not accept wagers, facilitate gambling transactions, hold user funds, operate betting markets, or provide financial or investment advice. All Content is opinion-based and for informational purposes only.

CEART DIGITAL LIMITED may operate other digital media properties. However, Premier Bet Club itself does not operate affiliate partnerships and does not receive commission for betting activity through this Platform. The Service is not regulated as a gambling operator because it does not conduct gambling activity.

Access is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or older. By using the Service, you confirm you are legally permitted to access betting-related content in your jurisdiction. Access to the Service may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that accessing betting-related commentary is lawful in their country of residence. We do not guarantee availability in all regions.

Subscriptions are offered monthly and annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to renewal. Payments are billed in GBP and may include VAT where required by law. Failure to cancel prior to renewal will result in automatic billing. Subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the billing policies of those platforms and must be cancelled through the respective app store account settings.

The Service constitutes digital content delivered immediately upon payment. By subscribing, you request immediate access and waive statutory withdrawal rights once access begins.

All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. No refunds will be provided for unused access, dissatisfaction, betting losses, or temporary downtime.

We encourage responsible gambling. If gambling is causing harm, please seek help via our Responsible Gambling page.

Historical performance data does not guarantee future results. Betting involves risk and may result in financial loss. The Company does not guarantee profitability, success rates, or financial returns.

All Content remains the exclusive property of CEART DIGITAL LIMITED. Users receive a limited personal-use licence. Redistribution, resale, scraping, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass security, share accounts, or interfere with platform functionality.

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. The Company may suspend accounts suspected of misuse.

Unjustified chargebacks after accessing digital content may result in account suspension and recovery action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for gambling losses or indirect damages. Liability is capped at subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where such exclusion would be unlawful.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted access or accuracy.

We are not responsible for technical failures, internet disruptions, third-party service outages, or compatibility issues.

We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control including cyber attacks, infrastructure failure, or regulatory actions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CEART DIGITAL LIMITED from claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.

The Platform uses essential and analytics cookies. Please review our Cookie Policy for details.

The Service is available via Apple iOS and Google Android. Apple and Google are not responsible for Content or Service operation.

We may amend these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of rights.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.

The Company may assign rights. Users may not transfer accounts.

Liability, intellectual property, and indemnification provisions survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to Irish courts.
